815 Sentences About Lost →
So, in anticipation of one the (hopefully) best final seasons of any show on tv, a friend of mine and I put together a little thing called 815 Sentences About Lost. It’s Aaron of Unlikely Words brainchild wrapped in a sweet looking LOST inspired design done by yours truly.
815 Sentences About Lost is a project bringing together 108 different people to share their thoughts about Lost during this, it’s last season. For some, Lost has become an obsession over the last 5 and a half years, for others, not so much. Personally, I thought the series began drifting during the 2nd season, bottoming out in the 3rd season, before coming back strong in the middle of the 4th season*. What’s always been most impressive to me, though, is Lost’s innovative narrative style - using flashbacks, and then flash forwards, as well, to move the story along. I’m eager to see how the series concludes and whether the show’s fans will be satisfied with the answers provided by the show’s creators.
*These are the thoughts of Aaron, not me. I’ve enjoyed LOST from start to finish. Yes, I know there were slow times and the Nikki and Paulo episode left a lot to be desired.
Anyways, in celebration of this launch I’m releasing the Dharma Tumblr Icons for anyone to use under a Creative Commons license. You can download them here:
I hope you enjoy them, the new blog and the final season of LOST. Stay tuned here (and there) for my thoughts on the final season plus all those other goodies you expect from Title Case.
